What is Gourmei?

Gourmei is the hottest fine-dining platform that offers exclusive perks at leading restaurants across Hong Kong. With Gourmei, Gourmers access Hong Kong's top restaurants, read our Gourmazine, make table reservations online and enjoy special privileges discreetly applied to their bill.

How does Gourmei work?

Simply find a reservation time and perk that works for you at one of our partner restaurants, use 1 Credit to book the reservation and your special offer will be ready for you at the restaurant with no further charges to your bill.

Why is there a credit fee?

We charge a credit fee to give you access to hard-to-book restaurants and an exclusive perk off your total bill you would not get anywhere else - e.g. wine, dessert, a discount, a window seat, etc. With us, the specials are endless.

How do I increase my credits?

Simply log into your account and purchase the credit package you prefer or receive FREE booking credits by inviting friends to join Gourmei (1 extra booking credit for every friend who makes a successful booking, so invite more friends to increase your booking credits).

How are bookings ensured?

We use SMS to notify the restaurants of your reservation, and confirm your reservation by SMS. All YOU need to do is show up and your offer will automatically be applied to your bill.

Can I change or cancel reservation?

Certainly. You may change or cancel your reservation 2 hours before your reservation time. Credit fees for any canceled reservation will be fully credited back to your Gourmei account.

I invited my friend to Gourmei—when will my account be credited?

About 24 hours after your friend books their first Gourmei special, you'll receive an email letting you know we've credited your account.
